As a result,

Total Commercial oil inventories

in November 2015

increased by 16 million barrels comparing with the previous month to

reach 5752 million barrels – a level that is 566 million barrels higher than

a year ago.

Strategic inventories

in OECD-34, South Africa and China remained

stable at the same previous month level of 1853 million barrels – a level

that is 39 million barrels higher than a year ago.

Total world inventories

, at the end of November 2015 were at 8726

million barrels, representing an increase of 44 million barrels comparing

with the previous month, and an increase of 683 million barrels comparing

with the same month a year ago.
