The Secretary General's Office
The Office of the Secretary General coordinates works between the General Secretariat Departments internally and logistically, such as meetings and symposia (Public Relations).
A Legal Expert is under the Office of the Secretary General which handle all legal aspects in the General Secretariat, including legal opinions, formulation and documenting administrative and regulatory decisions and orders issued by the Ministerial Council, and preparation of drafts recommendations and decisions, as well as recording and minuting its meetings, and supervision on Ministerial Council and Executive Bureau matters.
