The first part of this report presents an analysis of international developments related to the supply and consumption of oil and energy and their impact on the demand for oil from member countries, as well as the revenue from petroleum exports and its impact on the process of economic development.  This part also review Arab and international developments in the different stages of the oil industry including exploration, production, refining, petrochemicals, natural gas production, and Arab and international petroleum projects.

The second part of the report covers the meetings of the Ministerial Council and the Executive Bureau, as well as the activities of the General secretariat, including the development of its databank, preparation of studies, organization and participation in Arab and international seminars, and its administrative affairs.  It also includes chapters reviewing the activities of the OAPEC’s sponsored ventures and the Judicial Tribunal.  The report is published in both Arabic and English.
