The Bulletin is published in both Arabic and English.  It provides an OAPEC editorial view regarding matters affecting the petroleum industry.  It also covers developments in petroleum and energy affairs in member countries and the rest of the world, and the activities of OAPEC and its sponsored ventures.  It highlights statistical information of general interest related to energy and economic growth.  OAPEC library acquisitions have a regular section in the Bulletin. A listing of forthcoming Arab and international seminars and conferences is also provided.
