receives OAPEC Ministerial Council Members
His Highness the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al
Jaber Al Sabah received at Seif Palace on 10 December 2017,
Their Excellencies the members of OAPECMinisterial Council and
HE Abbas Ali Al Naqi, OAPEC Secretary General participating in
the Golden Jubilee Celebration and the 99th Ministerial Council
Meeting. The meeting was attended by HE Sheikh Ali Al Jarrah
Al Sabah, Deputy Amiri Diwan Minister and HE Sheikh Khaled Al
Abdullah Al Sabah, Chief of the Amiri Protocol.
